Wallets & SDKs
Need updated gas estimation logic, presets, and UX copy. Some flows (calldata heavy vs storage heavy) will shift in relative cost.
Node & Staking Operators
Will see new worst case performance profiles and must validate hardware. Benefit from more predictable block workloads and clearer safety margins.
Infrastructure Providers
RPC providers, indexers, explorers, and analytics platforms must adjust internal costing models, gas-based metrics, and alerts.
DeFi Protocols & Dapps
Some design patterns become more or less economical (e.g. big monolithic storage vs modular layouts). Benchmarking on devnets will be important.
L2s, Rollups & Exchanges
